I feel damn weird. Right now. And those were the last words of Tyrone before he went. But no, i don't feel weird in that way, don't worry. I mean it's like...argh....my world is being flipped not exactly upside down...just being tossed around. What's Happening?
Right...just like this past week or so. The guys came over to my place to catch some EPL. Then Wei Lun decided to go on the irc and chat up some girls. From that, i got to know Shereen, simply cuz she cliqued better with me than with Lun. Plus, Lun was using my nick at the time. Better still, Shereen and i can get along quite well, so who knows what the future holds?
Then comes this EDF thing. Like i give a damn, or used to. They came desperate this time, after sending out their whole unit to aid in the tsunami disaster areas. Then came the part that got me excited about them. The CITIC course, a stay-out civilian course would start on 3rd Jan. Because of time limitations, we would be thrown into the course first, then the contract would come later. Given that the course takes 6 months to complete, and if i rejected the contract, i would carry on with the course, i was pretty much in for it. Besides, i have only 9 more months to ORD, a full gestation period. 6 out of 9 as a civlian ain't too bad. The remaining 3 months would supposedly be spent at possibly Seletar camp training for 1 month, and clearing leave for the other 2. Sounds a good deal huh? But no, i didn't go. Cuz everyone else pulled out. The SAF just couldn't give us a definite answer, so, no go.
Then comes today. Firstly, i was so tired that i fell asleep on my palm and my glasses. Then, the dream i made was darn weird. I dreamt that Adeline signed-on as an officer, and i was visiting her at OCS just before commissioning or something. I remember asking her, why did you have to sign-on for 5 years, and i think she told me that she didn't do too well in school or something like that. She wasn't exactly happy there, but....she was trying. I could see the disappointment on her face, in her smile. Then when i wake up, she messages me almost immediately, telling me that she just broke up with CK. This is like all too weird. Just what is happeing to me these days?
